Stir-Fried Celery with Bonito Flakes and Shio-Kombu

With this recipe, you'll be able to enjoy lots of celery, which has plenty of fibre. It's easy to season and great as a side dish

Ingredients

Celery
1 stalk
Shio-kombu
2 tablespoons
Bonito flakes
1 package
Oil
as needed

Steps

1. Cut the celery into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry the celery.
3. Add shio-konbu and bonito flakes, and continue stir-frying.
4. Drizzle on soy sauce to taste and you're done.

When I cooked this dish for my son who doesn't usually like celery, and he ate it up!
It's definitely easier to eat celery this way.
