Prove-less Pizza in 10 Minutes

Prove-less Pizza in 10 Minutes

You can easily make this pizza in just one bowl. It's crispy if made with cake flour, and a little springy if made with bread flour. I prefer the texture when made with cake flour.

Ingredients: two 18 cm pizzas (or you can make 1 somewhat thick crust if you prefer)

Plain flour
150 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
1/3 teaspoon (2 g)
Sugar (this is fine to leave out)
1 teaspoon (3 g)
Olive oil (or normal oil)
1 tablespoon (12 g)
70 ml (73 g) or more as needed

1. Put all the ingredients except the milk in a bowl, and lightly mix them together by hand. Gradually mix in the milk and when a dough forms go on to the next step.
2. Divide the dough in two and roll out two thin circles on top of parchment paper.
3. Top the dough with ketchup, toppings, and melted cheese (not listed in ingredients).
4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 210℃ (410°F).

Story Behind this Recipe

I love pizza, and this is the result of me wishing I could make it quickly when I have a craving for it.

You can make it with either cake flour or bread flour, but when I used bread flour the dough was difficult to handle. I think you should make it with cake flour at first, and then when you get good at it you can switch to a combination of flours.
