Wakame Seaweed, Onion and Tuna Salad with Mayonnaise

Eat plenty of healthy wakame seaweed and raw onion in this salad! The slightly sweet mayonnaise makes this easy to eat even for kids.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Wakame seaweed (dried)
1 handful
Onion (sliced vertically)
1/2
Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
A.. Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
A.. Ground sesame seeds, sesame oil
1 tablespoon each
A.. Sugar, soy sauce
2 teaspoons each
A.. Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Rehydrate the wakame seaweed in plenty of water, drain and squeeze out well. Put the sliced onion in a bowl of salted water for 10 minutes, massage with your hands to remove the harsh flavor, drain and squeeze out well.
2. Mix the A ingredients (mayonnaise, sesame seeds, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper) in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients together.
