Pork and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry

This dish is tasty, even though it's not pretreated by frying it in oil. It goes really well with rice.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork
200 g
Garlic shoots
100 g
Japanese leek (finely chopped)
1/2 a stalk
Ginger (minced)
1 knob

Water
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Katakuriko
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
B
Water
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a bowl. Add the [A] list ingredients, rub them into the pork, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Slice the garlic shoots lengthwise into sixths, and blanch in boiling water.
3. Combine the [B] list ingredients and set aside.
4. Heat some oil in a frying pan, and fry the finely chopped leek and ginger. Add the pork and fry over high heat.
5. When the meat has whitened, add the garlic shoots and stir-fry briskly.
6. Add the combined [B] list ingredients to the frying pan, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
7. Transfer to serving plates and enjoy.
