Spread oil in a frying pan, add the beaten eggs and scramble them. Stop the heat before the egg becomes completely hard, and finish cooking with residual heat.
Add the ketchup and mix.
Spread margarine on the bread, sandwich the egg from step 1 and it's done!

It's just like my mother used to make! f(^^;
When frying the egg, make sure not to overcook it. It's best if it stays a little moist. Use as much ketchup as you like. It's good with toasted bread, like a hot sandwich or panini, or with soft bread.
