Corn Potage Soup

Soup with a gentle flavor that can be made quickly, perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients: serves 2

1/2, medium
Corn kernels
150 g
150 ml
150 ml
Soup stock cubes
to taste
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Thinly slice the onions, and cook in butter until wilted.
2. Add the water and soup stock and boil.
3. Add the corn, and boil for about 10 minutes.
4. Stop the heat and add the milk. Use a blender or food processor to mix.
5. If you like a smooth soup filter it, if you like chunky, keep as is.
6. Heat, and adjust the flavor while tasting with salt and pepper and it's complete. Be careful not to let it boil!!
