Strawberry Whipped Cream

The cream is tart from the strawberries. Use it as a cream puff filling or spread on bread.


Heavy cream
100 ml
60 g
10 ~ 15 g


1. Add the sugar to the heavy cream, and whip until stiff peaks form.
2. Blend the strawberries in a food processor.
3. Mix until the mixture becomes paste-like as shown in the picture.
4. Gradually add Step 3 to 1, and mix with a whisk.
5. When everything is well blended, it's done.

I created this recipe because I wanted to make cream that was a little bit different to your everyday stuff. As I had strawberries on hand, I made this.
