This Stamina Gyoza Kimchi Hot Pot Will Make You Sweat

This gyoza and sour kimchi hot pot will make you sweat.
It's especially effective for detox!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Gyoza
as much as you want
Napa cabbage kimchi
about 200 g
☆Red chili (thinly sliced)
about 2 teaspoons, to taste
☆Garlic (grated)
1 tablespoon
Chicken stock granules
1 tablespoon
Chinese cabbage, spring onion, bean sprouts, any vegetables
as much as you want to eat
Malony
1 bag
Sauce (ponzu, sesame, etc.)
as needed

Steps

1. Prepare the gyoza with garlic. Spread sesame oil into the pot. Add the ☆ ingredients and the kimchi, and saute. Pour in 3 cups of water and the chicken stock granules.
2. Add your choice of ingredients and boil. When cooked, dip in the sauce of your choice and enjoy.
