Fast-Cooking Thin Pork Slices with Parmesan Cheese

Parmesan cheese and white wine give flavor to this dish. There's no need to pre-season the meat. Perfect when you want to make cooking easy.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork (preferably shoulder roast)
250-300g
Salt and pepper
to taste
White wine
1 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese (powdered)
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
as needed

Steps

1. Warm a little olive oil in a pan (over low heat) and add the meat.
2. As the meat starts to brown, season with salt and pepper. Flip to brown the other side. Add white wine and increase the heat to high for 30 seconds.
3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over evenly. Lightly mix and turn off the heat. It's done!
