Healthy Chinese Cabbage Rolls with Tofu

If you can't resist rolled cabbage, try rolled Chinese cabbage. These have tofu in them so they're very healthy. How about enjoying these while you're on a diet?

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mixed ground beef and pork
200 g
Firm tofu
1/2 block (200g)
1 clove
Krazy Salt
1 heaping tablespoon
to taste, 1/3 teaspoon
Chinese or napa cabbage
400 g (1/4 head)


1. This is the same recipe for "Tofu Hamburger Patties" Recipe ID: 1577679. Briefly drain the tofu in a colander.
2. Then squeeze the tofu with your hands to get out any more excess moisture. Put everything into a bowl.
3. Mix it all together well.
4. Boil the Chinese cabbage until tender.
5. Soak it in water.
6. If it's a large leaf, just use 1. If there are small leaves, layer 2 together.
7. Divide the meat mixture into 4 portions and form each one into a patty. Place it on the edge of the Chinese cabbage leaf closest to you.
8. Roll it up. Now fold in the left edge and right edge.
9. Wrap until the very end of the leaf. Push the opposite end into the center of the meat. If you do this, you won't need any toothpicks.
10. You can make 4 rolls. You could also make smaller portions to make more rolls.

I just figured that it couldn't hurt to have some healthy rolled Chinese cabbage!
