Chocolate-less Chocolate Sauce

Chocolate-less Chocolate Sauce

There is no need to heat this up, just mix it with a spoon and drizzle over desserts or toast. It is full of calcium, iron, and polyphenols.

Ingredients: As much as you like

Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon
Soy milk
1 tablespoon
Honey (maple syrup or condensed milk)
1 tablespoon
Vanilla oil or rum (optional)
1 shake

Steps

1. Simply thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together. You can turn this into milky hot chocolate if you stir in warm soy milk or milk or make a cafe mocha if you stir in cafe au lait.
2. Cocoa powder is full on antioxidants and rich in iron and calcium. It's also a digestive aid.
3. Don't add sugar and full fat milk! That'll just increase your intake of sugar and additives.
