Mochi Pizza Made in a Frying Pan

Mochi Pizza Made in a Frying Pan

I used up leftovers and made them into pizza. The crust is made of mochi, so this dish really easy and effortless.

Mochi (rice cakes)
5 pieces
Stir-fried vegetables
leftovers as needed
to taste
Easy melting cheese
2 slices
Garlic powder
to taste

1. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, arrange the mochi pieces which have been cut in half, and pan-fry them over medium heat.
2. Stick the mochi pieces together.
3. Form a round shape while pressing down hard with a spatula.
4. Turn off the heat when it becomes your desired size and thickness.
5. Put stir-fried vegetables seasoned with ketchup and garlic powder on top of the mochi crust. Top with melting type cheese. Cover with a lid, and pan-fry over low heat.
6. Once the cheese is melted, it's done.
7. It's crispy, fluffy, chewy and nutritious. I can't ask for more that that.
