Ultra Easy Panfried Cod with Mayonnaise

Use a minimal number of cooking utensils too to make this ultra-easy recipe!

Ingredients: 1 cod filet

1 filet
Krazy Salt (seasoned salt mix) or plain salt
To taste
Coarsely ground black pepper
To taste
White wine or sake
about 1 tablespoon
about 2 tablespoons
Melting cheese (optional)
about 1 tablespoon
As needed
Rosemary (optional)
A small amount
Parsley (optional)
A small amount


1. Sprinkle the cod with white wine and leave for a while. Pat it dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
2. Line a baking sheet with kitchen parchment paper and place the cod on it. Spread the cod with mayonnaise.
3. Top with cheese.
4. Sprinkle with panko, rosemary and parsley.
5. Bake the fish in a 250°C oven for 10 to 15 minutes. I recommend baking some cherry tomatoes along with the fish.
