Pork and Julienne Potato Stir Fry

Yummy with rice or with drinks!

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Potatoes
3 large
Thinly sliced pork
150 g
Salt and pepper
To taste
Sake
1 tablespoon
Katakuriko
1 teaspoon
★ Sauce
Sake
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Chop the pork into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, sake and katakuriko.
2. Slice the potatoes into fine strips and soak in water.
3. Heat a frying pan with sesame oil, and cook the pork.
4. Add the sliced potatoes and keep cooking. Add the sauce once the potatoes are cooked, mix everything together. It's done!

I usually have some cheap sliced pork on hand, so I created a dish that would go well with rice.
