This is a creamy dessert when you are just a little hungry It has isoflavone, so it's great for diets.


Soy milk (or milk)

Sweetened cocoa powder
5 g
to taste


1. Put all the ingredients into a cup and mix well. The picture shows the cup once I put the katakuriko in.
2. Microwave at 600 W for 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and mix it up.
3. Heat for another 30 seconds. Stir and serve.
