Nori Seaweed Tsukudani & Cheese Pasta

Nori seaweed and cheese go well together. Just mix together with plenty of hot, freshly-boiled pasta. Help yourself to this delicious Japanese-style pasta!

Ingredients: 1 serving

100 g
●Olive oil
2 teaspoons
Nori seaweed tsukudani
2 tablespoons
●Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
1 tablespoon
Grated cheese
2 tablespoons


1. Boil the pasta.
2. Mix together the ● ingredients in a bowl.
3. Drain the boiled pasta, then add to the bowl. Mix together while adding the grated cheese and it's complete.
4. Add minced chives or Japanese leek if you like.

Story Behind this Recipe

Nori seaweed tsukudani is usually eaten on top of rice or spread on toast. I thought it would go well with pasta, so I tried it! I'm pretty into this right now.
