Simple! No-Bake Cheesecake With A Strawberry Spring Scenery
It's simple because all you have to do is add the ingredients in order, mix, chill, and harden. The fragrance and flavor of the strawberries is so gentle, like mousse. This is a cute pink spring scenery no-bake cheesecake.
Ingredients: 12 cm round cake dish, 20x8cm square dish or 7-8 cups
100 g (adjust to fit the strawberries' sweetness, if the yogurt is sweetened vs. unsweetened etc.)
a small amount
Use your favorite base (sponge or cookie dough etc.
Soak the gelatin in water. Have the cream cheese at room temperature or microwave it until soft. If spreading out on a base, spread it out into the cake dish.
Add the ○ ingredients to the strawberries into the food processor and beat.
Add the soft cream cheese and the yogurt from Step 1 to the food processor in Step 2 and beat together.
When the raw cream forms stiff peaks, add to the food processor in Step 3 and beat.
Microwave the soaked gelatin in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds, until bubbling and melted. Add to the mixture from Step 4, and mix.
When it becomes a smooth, pink, dough, lay out some baking paper and pour into the baking tray. Let chill in the microwave until it hardens, and then it's finished.
Add any toppings and decorations you would like, and enjoy!

Story Behind this Recipe
I had a lot of strawberries that were about to go bad, so I decided to make a dessert out of them.
In Step 5, make sure the gelatin is completely melted and bubbling before adding into the mixture. Adjust the sugar amount based on the sweetness of the strawberries and whether or not the yogurt has sugar or not. (The amount in the ingredient list is a little bit sweeter than what I normally use.)
