Chinese Cabbage Sushi Balls

I used Chinese cabbage instead of the usual nori seaweed.


Chinese cabbage leaf
3~5 leaves
to taste
Use any filling you like


1. Heat the Chinese cabbage leaves in the microwave until softened. Let cool.
2. Roll the rice into balls around your desired filling and wrap with the cabbage.

Story Behind this Recipe

I bought a lot of Chinese cabbage, so I tried wrapping it around rice in place of nori seaweed.
