French Meringues

This is my family's favorite kind of meringue.

Ingredients: about 40

Egg white (large)
Granulated sugar
30 g


1. Whip the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
2. Add granulated sugar in 2~3 batches and whip until shiny.
3. Set a round tip and place the batter into pastry bag. Pipe the meringue into your favorite shapes.
4. I used 2 baking sheets.
5. Bake in 210F/100℃ oven for about 60 minutes (if you add time, continue at 210F/100℃ for another 20 minutes.)
