Basic Homemade Tamagoyaki for Bento

This is my homemade tamagoyaki fried egg recipe. My son's friends are big fans. It's also delicious served cold.

Ingredients: Serves 1-2 (as bento fillers)

★Dashi stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
1/3 teaspoon
★Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Margarine (for frying) (butter or vegetable oil is fine)
a suitable amount

1. Break an egg into a bowl, and mix well with the ingredients marked with ★.
2. Heat a pan, melt the margarine and spread it evenly in the pan. Add the egg mixture.
3. Before the egg hardens, use chopsticks or a spatula to roll it up. Allow to slightly cool before cutting in up into pieces. Cut into desired sizes.
4. If you don't have dashi stock granules, other types of dashi granules are fine.
