Story Behind this Recipe
I used ingredients that I had on hand to make a magically delicious roasted chicken! These are so delicious that once you start eating, you can't stop!
As for the chutney, I recommend using something that has a very fruity scent such as apple, mango, papaya etc. This way when you add it with the honey and it simmers it brings out the fruity flavor and makes syrup! I recommend using the leftover sauce in curry.
