Alsatian Pizza

I made the tarte flambée sauce with plain yogurt.

Ingredients: One 20 x 25 cm pizza

For the dough:
Bread (strong) flour
125 g
Dry yeast
3 g
Salt
3 g
Water
65 ml
Olive oil
25 g
Butter (brought to room temperature)
7 g
Toppings:
Onion
1
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Bacon (block)
60 g
Plain yogurt
75 g

Steps

1. Make the dough: Combine the bread flour, dry yeast and salt in a bowl, then mix. Mix the water and olive oil together and add little by little. Knead the dough.
2. Add the warmed butter and knead for 5 minutes. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
3. Preparing the other ingredients: Cut the onion in thin slices against the grain. Lightly fry the onion in oil (not listed), salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into 5 cm cubes.
4. Roll out the pizza dough and top: Roll the dough into a 20 x 25 cm rectangle and spread with yogurt. Scatter the toppings from Step 3 evenly on top.
5. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes at 220℃.
