Chrysanthemum Greens and Cheese Rolled in Chikuwa Fish Sticks

Easy! Just roll them up!
People who aren't fond of chrysanthemum will eat these up.
Great for bento or as snacks.

Ingredients

Chikuwa
5
Easy melting cheese
2.5 slices
Chrysanthemum greens
as needed

Steps

1. Vertically cut the chikuwa in half and spread open. Score the inside with a knife cutting a diagonal pattern. Cut the cheese in half.
2. On the browned side, lay the chrysanthemum greens (leaves only) and cheese. Roll and secure both sides with toothpicks.
3. Char slightly in a pan, cut in half and enjoy.
