Easy and Moist Festive Matcha Cakes

This is an easy recipe, which only requires mixing and baking. Bake in a donut pan, then decorate nicely for little wreaths! This way, they'll be perfect for Christmas, too.

Ingredients

Butter
50 g
Yogurt
50 g
Sugar
50 g
Egg

White flour
50 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Matcha
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Microwave the butter to soften. Add the ingredients in the listed order and mix well each time.
2. Preheat the oven for 180℃ (350℉). In the meantime, fill the pan and molds with the batter to about 80%.
3. When the oven is preheated, turn down the temperature to 170℃ (340℉), and bake for about 15 minutes, and it's done.
4. *Decorate with sprinkles and other toppings for cake/cookie decorating (not listed) to your liking.
