'Chinjao Rosu' with Pork

'Chinjao Rosu' with Pork

A simple chinjao rosu with only pork and green peppers. Season with Japanese style Worcestershire sauce!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork
150 g
Green peppers
1 teaspoon
★ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
★ Salt and pepper
A pinch
★ Garlic powder
a pinch
★ Katakuriko
1 tablespoon
♢ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
♢ Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons


1. Thinly slice the pork and green bell peppers. Marinate the pork with the ★ seasonings.
2. Heat oil (not listed) in a pan and stir-fry the green bell peppers. Transfer to a plate.
3. Add more oil to the pan and cook the marinated pork from Step 1.
4. When the pork is cooked, add the peppers and ♢ seasoning and toss to combine.
