Butter-Sautéed Spinach with Bacon

Blanch the spinach quickly, then just briefly stir fry it. This makes this dish really good!

Ingredients: 2 servings

200 g
4 slices
Butter (or margarine)
10 g
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Boil the spinach in boiling water for about 40 seconds. Rinse in running water, squeeze the water out, and chop into 4 cm wide pieces. Chop the bacon into 5 mm wide pieces.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the bacon quickly. Add the boiled spinach and continue to sauté for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
