White Fish Baked in Mayonnaise and Panko

The preparation takes just five minutes. You just bake it in the toaster oven, so even amateurs can make this restaurant-style dish!!
You can use roe, mackerel, salmon, or squid.

Ingredients: 2 servings

White fish
2 filets
Cooking sake, mayonnaise
2 tablespoons each
Salt and pepper
as needed (a good amount)
●Panko
1 tablespoon
●Parsley flakes
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Sprinkle the fish with cooking sake and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry.
2. Lay the filets out on aluminum foil, then season with salt and pepper. Coat with mayonnaise.
3. Combine the ● ingredients, spread on top of Step 2, then bake in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
