Bake the tart crust. You can use a store bought one. Chop the chocolate and add the milk. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 1 minute.
Spread the chocolate sauce in the tart crust.
Cover the chocolate sauce with custard cream and flatten it out.
Thinly slice the bananas and top them on the custard. Optionally dust with powdered sugar.
Story Behind this Recipe
This is just something that I came up with on the spot. If you're not going to eat it right away, you can coat the bananas with strained apricot jam to prevent discoloration.
*You can use the glacage from Recipe ID: 722031 for the chocolate sauce. It's a convenient sauce that you can make a lot of and keep stored. *When you're melting the chocolate in the microwave, mix it as you warm it up. Keep your eye on it and adjust the cooking time accordingly. Since it's on the bottom of the tart, you do not need to warm it in a hot water bath.
