Chicken with Cream Sauce

This is very easy to make!

Ingredients: 3 servings

Chicken thighs
300 g
Shimeji mushrooms
1 packet
1 tablespoon
White Sauce
300 ml
Butter (margarine)
30 g
All-purpose flour
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Line the chicken on a plate and sprinkle on some sake. Cover it with plastic wrap and microwave for about a minute.
2. Put the butter and onions in a pan and lightly stir. Add in the flour before the butter melts (over medium heat).
3. Turn the heat to low, and slowly pour the milk into the pot in 3~4 portions. Slowly stir to prevent the milk from separating.
4. Season with salt and pepper after the sauce starts to thicken in about 5 minutes. Please adjust the seasoning to taste.
5. Add the chicken and shimeji mushrooms in that order, and cook for 10 more minutes, then you're done!!!
