Christmas Tandoori Chicken in a Pan

Soft and juicy. You just need to add the chicken and seasonings in a Ziploc bag then sauté in a pan.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh
1 (about 250 g)
☆Japanese curry base (use your favorite)
1 block from the box
☆Plain yogurt
1 tablespoon
☆Garlic (grated)
1 clove
☆Grated ginger
1 teaspoon
☆Whole pepper
as needed


1. Cut the chicken into large bite-sized pieces.
2. Chop the curry base finely.
3. Add chicken and ☆ ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
4. Seal the bag and rub in a little.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken over medium heat on both sides. Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

Since it's Christmas, I cooked the chicken with whatever seasonings I had. I was surprised that it was so good!
