Easy Napolitan Spaghetti

This is the only pasta my husband likes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pasta
170 g
Salt
to taste
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Ground meat
150 g
Bacon
60 g
Onion
1/2
Green pepper
1
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 packet
Seasoning ingredients:
Umami seasoning
1 teaspoon
Ketchup
6 tablespoons
Pasta cooking water
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Boil water in a pot. In the meanwhile, cut the ingredients.
2. Add salt to the boiling water, and cook the pasta. Please adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the pasta.
3. While cooking the pasta, heat olive oil in a pan. Add ground meat, bacon, onion, green pepper, and shimeji mushrooms in that order, then stir-fry.
4. When cooked through, sprinkle the umami seasoning, and mix. Toss with the freshly cooked pasta.
5. Finally, add ketchup, pasta water, mix well, then it's done!
