Lily Bulb & Oysters Jasmine Rice

Lily bulbs, oysters, and jasmine are all recommended for insomnia. Enjoy this for lunch. If you will be making this for dinner it's probably better to make it with water instead of with tea.

Ingredients: 4 servings

White rice (mixed with a little bit of black rice)
2 rice cooker cups (360 ml) uncooked
150 g
Lily bulb
1 (100 g)
●Usukuchi soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
●Jasmine tea
Enough to fill the rice cooker to the 2 cup line


1. Break apart the lily bulb and wash it until cleaned. Wash the oysters and soak in hot water.
2. Put the rice and the ● seasoning ingredients into the rice cooker. Fill with jasmine tea until just below the 2 cup line.
3. Cook the rice as usual.
4. Serve it in a bowl and enjoy.
