A rich tasting, garlicky yakisoba noodle dish with oyster sauce and mayo! It's a rather salty flavored dish. Add some karashi mustard paste if you like.

If you're using steamed Chinese noodles, omit Step 2 and stir fry over high heat at Step 4 with 4 tablespoons of water added. Always stir-fry over high heat. Be a bit generous with the oil.
