Healthy Hayashi Rice With Lots Of Mushrooms

A healthier option would be to serve half a portion of rice and chopped cabbage leaves. The mushroom makes the dish tastier! You can make this with the ingredients you already have!

Ingredients

Thinly sliced beef
200 g
Onion

Shimeji mushrooms (or anything else you like)
1 pack
Garlic
1 clove
Red wine
1/4 cup
Seasonings
Ketchup
4 tablespoons
Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce (or tonkatsu sauce)
3 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon
Water
1 cup

Steps

1. Put the meat, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, 2 tablespoon of flour in a plastic bag and shake well to coat the meat.
2. Fry the garlic, meat and onion with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
3. Add the shimeji mushrooms and red wine, then cover and steam (6-8 minutes). Add the seasonings and stew for 20 minutes.
4. Pour over rice and the shredded cabbage and enjoy.
