Mayonnaise and Miso Gratin

Mayonnaise and Miso Gratin

Add onions, pork, or whatever else you like and bake in this mayo and miso sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast
White part of a Japanese leek
Easy melt cheese
2 slices
a small amount
Mayonnaise and Miso Gratin Sauce
5 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
☆Miso (I used awase miso)
1 tablespoon


1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Chop the leek into 1.5 cm slices.
3. Cook the chicken in a frying pan on medium heat.
4. Once the chicken has been cooked about 80% through, add the leek and cook until tender.
5. Combine the ☆ ingredients to make the mayo-miso sauce.
6. Place the cooked chicken and the leek into a gratin dish. Pour the mayo-miso sauce on top.
7. Top with cheese and sprinkle with panko. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until browned.
