Natto, Avocado, Okra, and Tofu Salad

This is a nutritious and tasty salad.
One serving provides tons of nutrients.
This recipe makes a surprisingly voluminous amount, so your tummy is sure to be satisfied!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Red leaf lettuce
1 bag
Natto (fermented soy beans), small container
1 block
Bonito flakes
2 pinches
● Soy sauce
5 tablespoons
● Sesame oil
5 tablespoons
● Vinegar
3 tablespoons
● Honey
1 tablespoon
● Mirin
1 tablespoon
● Ground sesame seeds
2 tablespoons


1. Parboil the okra, then cut into bite-sized rounds (I slice them into 1.5 cm rounds.) Chop the avocado and tofu into desired sizes.
2. Add the accompanying sauce packets with the natto and mix well.
3. Combine the red leaf lettuce, avocado, tofu, and okra, then top with the natto. Sprinkle bonito flakes, then pour the dressing made from the blended ● ingredients.
