Japanese-Style Yuzu Pepper Pasta

Japanese-Style Yuzu Pepper Pasta

This pasta just has pork and white leek in it, but the garlic soy sauce and the refreshing flavor of yuzu pepper are really addictive.

Ingredients: 1 serving

100 g
Thinly sliced pork
100 g
The white part of a Japanese leek
Garlic soy sauce - Recipe ID: 1777475
1 tablespoon
Yuzu pepper paste
1/2 teaspoon

1. Slice the white part of the leek on the diagonal.
2. Cut up the park into easy to eat pieces, and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. When the meat turns white add the leek and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
4. Boil the pasta 1 minute less than indicated on the package. Drain and add to the frying pan.
5. Add the garlic soy saue and mix with the pasta. (Taste, and add a little bit of the pasta cooking water.)
6. Add the yuzu pepper paste at the end, mix well and it's done.
7. See Recipe ID: 1777475 for how to make garlic soy sauce (thinly sliced garlic with soy sauce to cover in a well washed and dried covered container).

Story Behind this Recipe

I thought this up one day when I wanted to eat something at home for lunch by myself.
