Stir Fried Sweet Potato and Ground Pork

If you have leftover sweet potato, you can make a delicious dish that goes well with cooked rice! It's soft and yummy!

Ingredients: For 3 servings

Ground pork
100g
Sweet potato (small size)
3
Sake
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
about 2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Japanese dashi stock
a little
Water
1/2 cup

Steps

1. Cut the sweet potato into bite sizes, and soak in a bowl of water.
2. Saute the ground pork. When browned, add the sweet potato.
3. Pour in sake, dashi stock and sugar in order. Then add mirin and mix well.
4. Simmer on low heat for more than 20 minutes. It's done.
