Shiitake and Tuna Cheese Bake With Aromatic Yuzu Pepper

The yuzu pepper adds a bit of spice in this dish which goes really well with rice and beer. It's an easy side dish to make!

Ingredients

Shiitake mushrooms
4-6
Canned tuna
1 can
Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons
Yuzu pepper paste
2cm (from a tube)
Melting cheese
To taste

Steps

1. Clean the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems.
2. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise and yuzu pepper paste. Add melting cheese and mix some more.
3. Upturn the mushrooms and spread the mixture from Step 2.
4. Bake in an oven until they're baked and it's done!
