Easy Low Calorie Scones

These make a great snack They contain no butter and are low in calories They are easy to make too, so even kids in middle school will find them simple. Give it a try!


Pancake mix
200 g
as needed


1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Check the stickiness of the dough and add the milk as necessary.
2. When the dough has come together, roll it out to a thickness of around 1 cm. Dust the work surface and your hands with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.
3. Fold it over then roll it out. Do this a few times.
4. Cut the dough into your preferred sizes.
5. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
