Mayo Teriyaki Atsuage - ■ Yummy and Easy!

This recipe is about making a rich teriyaki dish with mayonnaise and cheap and satisfying atsuage. Please enjoy with some Japanese mustard!

Ingredients: 2 servings

[ Atsuage ]
1 large (400 g)
[ Japanese mustard ]
as needed
[ Shredded cabbage or lettuce ]
as needed (optional)
Combined flavoring ingredients:
[ ★ Mayonnaise ]
3 tablespoons
[ ★ Soy sauce, sugar ]
2 tablespoons each
[ ★ Sake, mirin ]
1 tablespoon each


1. Chop the atsuage up into bite-sizes. Combine and mix the ★ ingredients.
2. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the atsuage.
3. When both sides are nicely browned, add the mixed ★ condiments. Simmer to reduce the sauce over high heat to finish.
4. Transfer the atsuage onto a serving dish with some shredded cabbage. Enjoy with Japanese mustard.
