Easy Udon Noodles with Butter and Soy sauce

This is a quick 5-minute recipe.
Enjoy udon with the delicious flavor of butter!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Frozen udon noodle

Butter
20 g
Finely chopped green onions
as much as you like
Dashi soy sauce
as much as you like
Grated cheese
as much as you like
Shredded nori seaweed
To taste
Pepper
a pinch

Steps

1. Place the butter on a plate.
2. Cook the frozen udon noodles for about 1 or 2 minutes.
3. Once the noodles have cooked, put them in the dish with the butter.
4. Mix gently to combine with butter, then sprinkle the grated cheese.
5. Add the shredded nori, chopped green onions and pepper, and pour in the dashi soy sauce.
