Made with Bread Flour Baked Chocolate Doughnuts

Create baked doughnuts sold in bakeries.
These nutritious doughnuts are made with bread flour without frying.

Ingredients: 5 to 6 doughnuts

Bread (strong) flour
60 g
Almond flour
20 g
Baking powder
3 g
Cocoa powder
15 g
Unsalted butter
60 g
Granulated sugar
70 g
2 tablespoons
Chocolate chips
30 g


1. Sift the dry ingredients. Bring the butter and egg to room temperature.
2. Cream the butter.
3. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Mix in the egg a little at a time. I added it in 5 batches.
5. It should look like this after whisking it all together.
6. Next, add the yogurt and mix.
7. Mix in the dry ingredients.
8. Use a rubber spatula to fold the mixture in a cutting motion.
9. Add chocolate chips, and gently stir them in.
10. Fill doughnut molds and bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 180℃, then serve.
