My Sister's Favorite Cocoa Cookies with Vegetable Oil & Rice Flour

Moist and chewy right after baking, and even after cooled.
Doesn't use flour or eggs.

Ingredients: makes about 12

★Rice flour (joshinko)
50 g
★Cocoa
15 g
★Salt
a pinch
★Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
★Sugar
30 g
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
Milk (or soy milk)
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
2. Sift together the ★ ingredients, or mix together very well. Then add the vegetable oil and milk, and mix well into a dough.
3. Make into your desired shapes, about 1 cm thick. Doing it by hand might be better than using a mold.
4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and they're done.
