Spinach and Ham with Eggs

A delicious spinach dish It's a time-friendly menu that uses spinach prepped in a microwave. The butter/soy combination is fabulous!

Ingredients: Serves 2

1/2 bunch
1 to 2
2 slices
Butter (or margarine)
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
to taste


1. Rinse the spinach in water and chop into half lengthwise. Microwave for 1 minute (cover it with plastic wrap).
2. Chop the spinach into bite-sizes. Do the same for the ham.
3. Beat the eggs and prepare soy sauce and butter.
4. Melt the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the spinach and ham. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
5. Add the beaten eggs and mix roughly. It's ready to eat when the eggs are soft-set or set to your liking.
