Tomato and Camembert Cheese Pasta

A simple pasta dish made with just 3 ingredients!
This is quickly done, so how about it for lunch when you are eating alone?

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 (150 g)
Camembert cheese
50 g
1 clove
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon
100 g


1. Boil the water for pasta.
2. Dice the tomato into 1 cm.
3. Finely chop the garlic.
4. Put olive oil and garlic in a frying pan and fry, being careful not to burn.
5. When the garlic is fragrant, add the tomato.
6. When the tomato is thoroughly cooked, break up the cheese and add to the pan.
7. When the cheese has melted, add the boiled pasta and adjust the taste with 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
8. Add coarsely ground black pepper to your liking and enjoy.

Story Behind this Recipe

My husband is on a diet, so he only eats carbs for lunch at the weekend. He likes garlic, so I use it in this pasta dish, which is a regular for us on the weekends.
