Simmered Chicken Wings and Daikon (White Radish)

Simmered chicken wings that has a lot of collagen with Daikon (White Radish). I've flavored it slightly sweeter.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken wings

Daikon (white radish)
1/2 stalk
☆Water
2 cups - 400ml
☆Sake
1/2 cup - 100ml
☆Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
☆Sugar
2 tablespoons
☆Mirin
2 tablespoons
☆Red hot pepper
1 stalk

Steps

1. Add some oil in a pressure cooker and brown chicken wings.
2. Cut daikon (white radish) into 3cm width, and cut them half. Add all of them in the cooker and mix it well.
3. Remove seeds from red hot pepper and cut them into thin round slices. Add ☆ ingredients and put the lid on the pressure cooker. Cook for 5 minutes. Leave it until the pressure drops.
4. Take the lid off, boil down the broth until it covers just about half of the ingredients.
