Lasagna Noodles in a Bread Machine

It takes 15 minutes to make it in a bread machine. No special technique required.

Ingredients: 8 sheets

Bread (strong) flour
100 g
Semolina flour
100 g
(If you don't have semolina flour, use 200 g of bread flour)
Egg + water
2 large eggs + water = 120 g (It is almost 120 g with just eggs)


1. Add all the ingredients into a bread machine. Select the pasta setting and knead it into dough. If it does not have the pasta setting, knead it for 15 minutes.
2. Form the dough into a ball and wrap it with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Take it out of the refrigerator, divide it into 4 equal pieces, dust the dough with flour (not listed), and roll it out to a 1 mm thickness. Roll out all 4 pieces of dough.
4. Cut the dough into the size of the dish and it is done. I made a total of 8 sheets.
5. Boil the lasagna noodles one piece at a time about 4-5 minutes each and it is done.
