Soft, fluffy and slightly sweet egg, sweet cooked cabbage, plus the umami of crabsticks - together it's so good!
My mother used to make a similar crab stick and cabbage stir-fry which was delicious, so I tried re-creating it.
Please be sure to stir-fry over high heat. I recommend using a 28 cm diameter or so frying pan.
