Ingredients

Komatsuna
1 bunch
※ Mayonnaise
1-2 tablespoons
※ Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
※ Curry powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon
※ Salt
a pinch

Steps

1. Parboil the komatsuna or microwave until tender.
2. Squeeze excess water, then cut into 2-3 cm lengths.
3. Put the komatsuna into a bowl, and toss with the ※ ingredients.
